30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift 

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@everydayhome.co.nz with details and photos. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
